The New South Wales District Conference was held at Bethshan Conference Centre in Wyee from October 2nd to 5th. The conference included delegates from Griffith to Sydney to Lismore. Rev Graeme Wright was returned as Superintendent for a further two years and Rev Jacob Coulton was returned as Assistant.

A highlight of the conference was the ordination of Stephen Wright (pastor of the Pittwater Wesleyan Methodist Church). Conference speaker was Rev Glen O’Brien. Other guests included Don and Cheri Floyd and children (missionaries to PNG) and Sharyn Macdonald (National Director for Wesleyan Women). Rev O'Brien and Don Floyd both originate from the NSW District and enjoyed this opportunity to enjoy long-term friendships.
